The New York Times Gets Personal

For a few days leading up to the Talent Resources’ Third Annual Charity Polo Classic, NY Times Writer Caitlin Keating hung out with me to learn a little more about the sport of polo and my lifestyle.  Her article was published this weekend in the Sunday Styles section of The New York Times. The article talks about my background in polo and why it’s not just a sport to me, but a lifestyle.  It was nice to hang out with some of my friends while I was sharing my day-to-day life with Caitlin.  I’m so humbled and honored to be a part of such a prestigious publication. Tune in for In the Mixx

I had a great time hanging out with Gina Glickman Giordan while we were filming in the Hamptons for her show In the Mixx.  In the Mixx is a celebrity and Event Talk Show.  We talked about my background in polo and why I am so passionate about the sport. One thing I didn’t expect was to be challenged to a race with Gina!  We rode around the studio on elliptical cycles that we pretended were our Polo horses.  It was so much fun – but you’ll have to tune in to see who came out on top! Catch our interview on VVH-TV on July 21st at 11 a.m.  In case you miss that episode tune in to see it at 10 p.m. Check out some of the photos from our interview below. Thanks for the Memories

I want to thank all of the journalists for the press coverage on the event I did this past weekend, which benefited Rally for Kids with Cancer.  I can’t say it enough, how humbled I am to be a part of the Third Annual Talent Resources Charity Polo Classic.  I can’t wait for next year! 27east.com reporter Cailin Riley was out at the event. She wrote a nice clip on the overall occasion.   It was great to see Veronica Hoglund, from Guest of a Guest, make note of Polo playing a huge part of summer in the Hamptons in her article.  Hamptons Magazine mentioned some of the great people I was surrounded by at the event. I love seeing the sport of Polo grow.  Polo is my...

Talent Resources’ Third Annual Charity Polo Classic Recap

I’m so thankful the sun held out for the Third Annual Charity Polo Classic this past weekend in the Hamptons. The event benefitted Rally for Kids with Cancer and I am so proud I was able to be a part of it.  It was great to feel the support of everyone involved and who attended.  The tickets available on Gilt City sold out within 48 hours!  Over 250 people including Hampton’s socialites, celebrities, tastemakers and influencers showed their support for this amazing cause. The game was all in good fun.  Nathan Leiberman, played in the match alongside his father.   The match ended in a tie with my team.  There’s nothing better than playing a game of Polo for a great cause. After the match, Kitchit planned an intimate dinner under the stars for my friends and me. Chef Dave Martin’s food was amazing.  It makes sense why he was a finalist on Bravo’s Top Chef! I want to thank all of the sponsors for making this event remarkable.  The sponsors included: Mulberry Project, 14 Hands Winery, The Teaologist’s, FLUROwater, Bio Supplements, Baked By Melissa Bakery, Dr. Lee Gause, Aston Martin, Soria Z and Kitchit. I’ve posted a photo album from the event below.   I look forward to hosting again next...

Scottsdale Polo Championships: Horses & Horsepower

I am ready for the biggest polo event to hit Arizona this October!  It’s an honor to be hosting the event.  To see the sport of polo growing is amazing, and I love seeing it played in unexpected places. The Scottsdale Polo Championships: Horses & Horsepower will feature two competitive matches.  The games will highlight some of the biggest names in American Polo, including my friend, Tommy Biddle Jr.  It will be an exciting day of polo, but there is more to the event.   I can’t wait to see the preview of the 2012 Scottsdale’s Arabian Horse show.  I may even sneak away from the polo action to see the Barrett-Jackson 2013 Collector Car Auction with the local Ferrari and Lamborghini Clubs.  It never hurts to check out some new rides!  A portion of the proceeds will also benefit the Neighborhood Outreach Access to Health  in affiliation with Scottsdale Healthcare. Arizona Polo Club has been playing on the Scottsdale Horsemen Park field at WestWorld Equestrian Park in Scottsdale since 1982.  There’s nothing like people enjoying the atmosphere of polo. Don’t miss out on the event.  Click HERE to buy your...
